Curtis L. Washington, Jr. attended Eastern Oklahoma State Junior college and Northeastern State University. Curtis is a United States Army Veteran. He has over 20 years' experience dealing with fuel. He joined the Army in 1999 as a 77 fox, (petroleum supply specialist). He has been with MCAAP since 2008 and is the fuel manager. Curtis received a Letter of Achievement for Outstanding Performance at JRTC. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with family, traveling, making music and lifting weights.
